One of my students stopped me on the way out, after teaching my Saturday mid-morning class.
“You know that pose. [He demonstrated.] Pyramid.”
“Yes. That’s pyramid.”
“My legs are really tight, but on Thursday morning’s class, that was the first time I’ve ever been able to do pyramid and actually touch my toes. It was all because of you.”
I smiled, “Nice. But it’s not me; you’re the one doing the work, I’m just there if someone needs me.”
It’s going to be a great day :)
