For the past two Friday mornings I've been helping out another teacher; subbing for him while he was out of town. I chatted with the students before class; the usual, injuries, concerns...
A gentleman in the back said, "What can a do about a broken heart?"
This was the second time a student posed this question. The class responded with a sentimental, "Awww" and the gentleman chuckled it off.
However, in truth, it's not so much time healing a broken heart, but more so the person making a conscious effort to.
My thought, focus less on your current situation whether it be emotionally, physically, spiritually, etc. Focus more on where you want to be.

I started the New Year teaching an awesome group of students then took a two hour restorative class. A wonderful way for me to start off the New Year.
Reflecting back on this past year there a so many things I am grateful for. Looking ahead to 2016, I am excited about the upcoming changes, activities planned and possibilities.
Thanks and peace from me to so many.
Happy New Year, Namaste
